About Me
I help busy professionals and parents stay fit, strong, and active. My personalised approach ensures you have the energy and resilience to enjoy family, hobbies, and the outdoors—proving fitness fits any lifestyle.
Hi, I’m Bruce Millar
Fitness has been part of my life since I started lifting weights and running for rugby over 35 years ago. In 2002, I opened my gym on the family farm, where I’ve been a Personal Trainer and Nutrition Coach ever since.
Though I no longer play rugby, I remain deeply involved as a coach and commentator. I also understand the challenges of balancing work, family, and fitness as a dad to two kids aged 12 and 10.
Whether spending time with your kids, enjoying sports, or exploring the outdoors, life is better when you’re fit and healthy. My coaching is designed to help busy parents and professionals stay active and live life to the fullest.
My Approach
I go beyond traditional coaching with a holistic approach tailored to the unique needs of busy professionals and parents. My method integrates:
Physical Fitness:
Building strength and fitness to support an active lifestyle. Improve strength, speed, and endurance to stay physically ready for whatever life brings.
Mental Resilience:
Cultivating confidence, optimism, and the ability to tackle new challenges.
Deep Health:
Physical fitness is just one part of deep health, including mental, social, and nutritional well-being. I help you build sustainable habits for lasting health.
